Block Fantasies Support

Delete your account & data

Effective date: October 30, 2026Last updated: October 30, 2026

This page explains how users of Block Fantasies, the block puzzle game for Android and iOS developed by Roventra Studios, can delete their game data and ask us to delete any personal data we hold about them.

Good to know: Block Fantasies does not create user accounts on our servers. Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use them, in your own Google Play Games or Apple iCloud account. You can delete that data yourself at any time using the steps below, or email us and we will delete any data we hold within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Choose any of the options below. You can use them together to remove all of your data.

1. Reset progress in the Game

Use the in-game Settings where available to reset or delete your progress. To make sure the copy in your cloud save is removed as well, also follow step 2.

2. Delete your cloud save

Android — Google Play Games:

  1. Open the Google Play Games app (or Google Play Games settings on your device).
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Play Games account & data, then under Delete individual game data find Block Fantasies and tap Delete.

This deletes only the Block Fantasies data stored in Google Play Games, not your whole Google account. Menu names can vary slightly by device and app version.

iOS — Apple iCloud:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name (Apple ID / Apple Account).
  2. Tap iCloud → Manage Storage (or Manage Account Storage).
  3. Select Block Fantasies and tap Delete Data (or Delete Data from iCloud).

3. Uninstall the Game

Uninstalling Block Fantasies removes all data stored locally on your device, including progress, settings and consent choices. On Android you can also clear the app’s storage first in Settings → Apps → Block Fantasies → Storage → Clear storage. If you do not also delete your cloud save, your progress may be restored when you reinstall.

4. Ask us to delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” and include:

  • your platform (Android or iOS);
  • the approximate date you installed the Game;
  • any purchase order ID or transaction ID (from your Google Play or Apple receipt), if you made purchases;
  • whether you want everything deleted or only specific data (see below).

We will delete the data we hold about you — such as support emails, crash reports you sent us and any identifiers in our records — within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. We may ask for information to confirm the request is yours. Sending the request does not delete data on your device or in your Google or Apple account; use steps 1–3 for that.

Deleting some data only

You do not have to delete everything. You can, for example, delete only your cloud save, only reset your progress, or ask us to delete only your support emails or crash reports while keeping your game. Say which data you want deleted in your email and we will delete just that.

What we delete

  • Game progress — levels, unlocked artwork, in-game currency and items, and settings — when you reset it in the Game, delete your cloud save or uninstall the Game as described above.
  • Data we hold — your support emails and attachments, crash reports you sent us, and any identifiers or notes linked to you in our records — within 30 days of your request.

Deleted progress cannot be recovered. Consumable items (such as unspent in-game currency or extra moves) are lost when progress is deleted. Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions remain linked to your Google Play or Apple account and may be restored by that store.

Deleting data does not cancel a VIP subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iOS (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

What we keep

  • Purchase and transaction records — records of in-app purchases and subscriptions are kept by Google Play and Apple, and by us where we hold them, for as long as required by tax and accounting law — up to 10 years under Turkish law. They are used only for those legal purposes.
  • A record of your request — a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed, kept as proof of compliance.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
  • Advertising data held by Google — data collected by Google AdMob is controlled by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy. To disconnect it from you, reset or delete your advertising ID: on Android go to Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads; on iOS go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also change your ad consent in the privacy options in the Game’s Settings.
  • Data held by Apple and Cloudflare — governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
